The SUNYRA Fall 2016 Conference is scheduled to occur October 5 to October 7, 2016 at the Embassy Suites in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY.
Please plan to join your SUNYRA colleagues for an agenda full of opportunities for professional development and information-sharing. This year's conference will feature a presentation and Q&A session with Dr. Alexander Cartwright, Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor of the State University of New York. We will also be hearing about compliance issues, Open SUNY, the SUNY TAP Task Force and SUNYRA "best practices". You also will not want to miss the Thursday night social event at the Comedy Works Comedy Club and Dinner Theater!
Show and Share Your Campus Colors
In keeping with our SUNY theme, we are encouraging everyone to wear attire that represents your campus on Friday, October 7. Break out your best school gear and show off your pride! Also, we will be asking members to bring some campus items (apparel, water bottles, hats etc...) for a members-only raffle.

SUNYRA Member Conference Registration
All registration requests are processed through the payment gateway. When checking out, you may choose CREDIT CARD or MAIL-IN CHECK as the payment method. SUNYRA member registration is $200.00 per person. Hotel reservations are made separately, and are an additional charge.
SUNYRA Member Hotel Information
Reservations at Embassy Suites can be made immediately. A block of rooms are reserved for SUNYRA members on Wednesday and Thursday nights (October 5-6). There are also a limited number of reserved rooms on Tuesday, October 4 for those who will be arriving early. Reservations must be made by September 12 to guarantee the conference rate.
SUNYRA 2016-2017 Campus Dues
Payment for campus 2016/17 dues can be made online as well. Please remember, dues are $100.00 per institution, and not per individual member. If you are not sure if your institution has paid their dues, please check with your Registrar, or contact the SUNYRA treasurer.
Vendor Conference Registration
We are pleased to welcome vendors to participate in our Fall conference! All vendors will register for the conference online and should formally contact the Vendor Coordinator (Regional Vice President) for more information. Vendors must register for the conference to participate in conference activities and receive booth space. Vendor registration is $450 to participate with a single attendee. Each additional conference attendee is an additional $200. Cancellations must be received by September 23 to receive a conference registration fee refund.
Vendor Hotel Information
We are pleased to be able to offer accommodations for vendors as well. A block of rooms are reserved for SUNYRA on Wednesday and Thursday nights (October 5-6). There are also a limited number of reserved rooms on Tuesday, October 4 for those who will be arriving early. The vendor room rate is $159.00 per night.
