About Confluence

We've partnered with ITEC to create a secure space for the exchange of materials, documents and policies.  Using the SUNY/ITEC Confluence tool, SUNYRA is able to share, download and discuss various materials securely that would otherwise be unable to share. Confluence is a SUNY-wide tool established to promote collaboration across the state. Confluence is where various teams collaborate and share knowledge; and share and discuss files, ideas, minutes, specs, mockups, diagrams, and projects.

Accessing Confluence

A SUNY Confluence account must be granted by ITEC.  Because Confluence is already used to support DegreeWorks, Shared Services and other SUNY initiatives, most Registrars will already have SUNY Confluence accounts.

If you already have Confluence access, and are on the SUNYRA member roster, you should have been granted access to the SUNYRA space.  If you have a Confluence account, are unable to access the SUNYRA space,  please contact us for access.

If you do not have a Confluence account, request access from a campus IT contact, who can request access using Service Now.  Generally, the lead contact is your CIO or Director of IT. You can lookup your campus administrator using the online campus lookup.
